Reviews
- Very good synthpop/new wave stuff with dark and very depressed lyrics. I was wondered but this album was not a commercial success in 1984. When it's released, the sound of the record was so modern at that time: they used synthesizers and drum machines and sampler.
I think this record was the first synthpop LP in the 80s Hungary.
The problems with this record are 2 songs "Budapest felett" & "Kilencszáz 64" because these songs has too rock sound with guitar solos, it's very far from the new wave. But the best moments of this album are: "Izzik a tavaszi délután", "Átlátnak rajtam", "Megadom magam", "Minden nagyon jó", "Elfogynak szavaim". My favourite song is "Minden nagyon jó" (Everything is very good) because the lyrics with full of depression about the 80s eastern european life behind the iron curtain.
But anyway it's a good record, and it's a shame this stuff never released on CD after the system changes.
If you want to feel the really 80s cold war feeling, you must buy this record!
