Reviews
- Good lord, this is $17 on Amazon. Incredible collaboration between two giants, phenomenal pressing - run, don’t walk, and get this.
- Sound, mix and pressing are all outstanding. Wonderful hypnotic groove and instrumentation. Definite buy if you are even considering this.
- Siendo como es una grabación rica en matices y con contundentes percusiones, no suena tan dinámico como otros discos que tengo. Tampoco suena tan abierto como otros. Si que es detallado.
- Vinyl is a soulful and energetic blend of Afrobeat and jazz. The collaboration between the two musical legends is seamless, showcasing their mastery of rhythm and melody. The production is top-notch, capturing the raw energy and emotion of each performance. The vinyl format adds to the overall experience, making this album a must-have for fans of Afrobeat, jazz, and world music.
- In times of overpriced "audiophile" records pretending to be AAA, this is a steal. Good sound and package. The only downside is the paper sleeve, but that is replacable
- Easily one of the best sounding records I've come across. It's widely available, well-pressed, and did I mention the music is top notch? Two masters of their instruments playing funky afro jazz. Just pick this up and thank me later (or never).
- The pressing quality is fantastic and the additional 'cool cats' mixes are outstanding. If you already have the original version of this LP, I would certainly recommend either replacing it with this special edition, or buying this one as well.
- Excellent album with a great, deep, rich sound -, very well recorded and the pressing is also very good! Great!
