Notes
Arguably Jimi Hendrix Finest Moment. This Concert Has Been Painstakingly Put Back Together In Almost Complete Form. Missing Only "Ezy Rider" From The Sound Track. Both Shows However Are Complete And In Proper Running Order. This Is Probably The Best Jimi Hendrix Concert Ever. "The Cry Of Love" Band, Featuring Billy Cox On Bass, Mitch Mitchel On Drums And "Yours Truly On Public Saxophone" Jimi Hendrix On His Guitar Is Simply Amazing And At His Best. He Would Pull Out All The Stops During These Two Shows. Exhaustion From Constant Touring, Recording And Contract Obligations Caught Up To Him And It Would Show In His Performance For The Rest Of The Tour Which Would Be His Last. Jimi Would Die Of An Overdose Twelve Days After His Last Performance On September 6th, Germany, 1970.
