Notes
"Sublustrum" is a PC-game project created by the musician behind Anthesteria. Non-standard quest from the first person in vein of classical "Myst" or "Scratches". It organically combines grotesque and underground, industrial style and elements of steam-punk. The creators suggest to make a journey on a thin line between reality and subconscious worlds. The game is built upon the original authentic music and sound effects — and many of the puzzles are connected with sound. "Sublustrum" differs from other games of the same genre with it's deeply psychological subject, unusual visualization and stunning sound accompaniment.
Special gift-edition includes DVD-disc with a game, CD with a soundtrack by Anthesteria (dark ambient, neoclassic), colour manual, 2-sided poster and postcards with photographs from the beginning of the past century.
The soundtrack was recorded with the assistance of Dmitry Globa-Mikhailenko (Musica Radicum, Phurpa) — saz, oud, digeridoo, Tibetian throat singing; Andrey Minaev (Kaj?) — guitar, flute; and Ludmila Emelyashina — alt.
