After doing some over-extensive research of setlists, I've figured out that this has to be from one of the following 4 shows:
12-1-97 at Civic Hall, Wolverhampton
11-13-97 at Forum Am Schlosspark, Ludwigsburg
11-1-97 at Perth Entertainment Centre
10-3-97 at Huntridge Theater, Las Vegas

EDIT: Based on song order, Civic Hall is most likely so I've added Youtube videos from that show
