Not a proper album of course, but still absolutely essential if you're a fan. Every release of theirs after this I would argue is >meh<. Inspired covers, alternate versions of songs from the first two LPs, the classic J&MC melody-buried-inside-a-wall-of-feedback sound. Side 2 alone is worth the price of admission!

Mine has no TOWNHOUSE DMM on the runout, otherwise matches this release

Essential album. "Upside Down" is one of their best tracks. You get singles too, like "Sidewalking". The "On The Wall (Porta Studio Demo/F.Hole)" is different, I'd say better than the original from Psychocandy. Their cover of Can's "Mushroom" is amazing. So, in a nutshell, this is almost as essential as Psychocandy.
