Fantastic sound quality compared to the streaming music on Tidal. I'm super happy to own this record finally, it's tough to imagine it's 19 years old in 2024, it sounds very light and fresh for its age. Great bass, good soundstage, wonderful mastering with enough dynamics to be satisfying, even for modern day electronica. Very highly recommended pressing!
I have to say... This original release sounds better than the repress.
Excellent copy for such thin piece of LP! Probably the thinnest LP I own in my whole collection - Perfect audiophile copy.- i found my copy brand new + sealed in a second hand store for $18 a couple of months ago along with seventh tree! both come with amazing posters and are gatefolds
- Does anyone else seem to have a lot of surface noise on their copy? Mine compared to Head First is so crackly. It's a shame because I love this album, If anyone can tell me it's just my copy I'll invest in another copy :-)
