Edited 8 months agoThis is an affordable pressing if you are looking for a great sounding version of Hoppípolla on vinyl! Clear and dynamic, with a wide soundstage and a warm, lively sound. Especially the drums sound much more real than on digital formats. This is even more obvious on Með Blóðnasir, I first thought this is a different recording than on my CD album, but it's just the better mastering here! Hafsól on side B sounds really epic and even in the loudest and most chaotic parts the sound is still clear.
I also compared it to the 7" single of Hoppípolla and the difference is day and night, don't bother with this if you are looking for sound quality.
