"Chlorophile Fumes" is the second album the now defunct label Hypnotism released during their very short existence.
Although the label only released 9 albums, with amongst them artists like Atom Heart and in this case Victor Sol, it went bankrupt so quickly that the public never had a decent chance to discover their little gems. Apparently the inlay text did it for Victor Sol, since he indeed went to FAX shortly after.
"Chlorophile Fumes" is about building bridges between ultra minimal ambient and progressive hard trance, something we'll find in the early FAX releases too, but here it is actually done within the same track, rather than in the sequence of tracks.
Minimal, kind of lush, basic and tranquil tracks evolve naturally in progressive acidic hardtrance, while always remaining gentle on the ears.
Excellent and intriguing release !
