- Incredible pressing! Happy to have found this at a reasonable price. Records were flat, no surface noise, and the dynamics are excellent.
Not to be a broken record (lulz), but like others here, actually surprised by how excellent my copy sounds.
Even better than I could have expected.
Surprised at the complaints, I just came to this page to say how great my copy sounds.- The mastering on the Newbury version sounds great, and the physical vinyl looks good. Records where not perfectly flat, but they were in acceptable range and I didn't experience any playback issues without a clamp. I was surprised and a little disappointed when the album only came with plain paper sleeves, not the lyric sleeves included with other variants. I also experienced surface noise on the blue side of both discs. It's not constant or overwhelming, but it is there. The gate fold jacket and foil stamped numbering are quality, and well executed. In the end, I'm not rushing out to purchase another copy, but if I saw the standard black on sale for a solid discount I would strongly consider picking it up.

Newbury comics still has this album on its site- don't get ripped off.
Just got this today and noticed the same issue as another person. The blue half of the record has some surface noise. Its not horrible but not great either. Still glad i got the record as it was one i wanted but that was kind of a bummer- I am searching for a low numbered copy. Please contact me if you plan on selling or trading. Thanks
