§1 - GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER:

§1.1 Our office opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm CET. Hence messages sent outside these hours, especially on weekends, will not be seen until the next working day.

§1.2 Unpaid orders will stand for 14 days before auto-cancelling. We appreciate swiftly payment.

§1.3 Please do not leave vital information in the “additional instructions” box. These are not sent to us, and we will only see them upon packing your order, where these have a high chance of being missed. Any vital and important information should be sent in a message in your order timeline.

§1.4 We are unfortunately unable to pre-check low priced items before payment. This is especially with records priced below €20, but we bear the right to decline all such requests at our discretion, in periods with high order volume. With our large inventory combined with Discogs system, double-listings do happen occasionally, meaning some items that are available, may not be after all. If an item is unavailable upon packing your order, you will be either refunded for the amount, or consulted regarding finding a replacement. Low priced records are often refunded (unless it is clear that this is an important item for the order), whereas more expensive records are usually replaced.

§1.5 We are unfortunately unable to provide audio samples of items that are not classified as rare by us.

§1.6 We do not accept payment outside of Discogs.

§1.7 We are unable to add items to orders with status; Payment Received. Please do not pay for your order before all of your invoices has been merged. If you are in doubt, please contact us through the order messaging. All invoiced orders will be merged at least once a day!

§1.8 We are unfortunately unable to offer any discounts on shipping due to Discogs new fee’s and rising costs from our courier partners.

§1.9 We are unfortunately unable to offer bulk discounts on your order - we urge you to use the offer function for each item individually.

§1.10 During sales, the discount will already be applied to all listed products.

§2 - Items information

§2.1 We do our best to make sure our items are listed under the correct version page - however, it is impossible getting it correct 100% of the time with this large an inventory. If an item is received and is the incorrect version we will pay for the item to be returned and issue a full refund if we are not able to acquire the version purchased. Alternatively a partial refund can be offered.

§2.2 Items marked with their sleeve as “Generic” does not necessarily mean a sturdy hardcover but can just as well mean a white/plastic inner sleeve, since Discogs has no way of specifying this - please be aware of this when purchasing generic items, as we do not compensate for this afterwards. This is due to us listing us Discogs before the option of specifiying this was possible.

§2.3 Records priced below €15 will not necessarily be removed from their cover and placed in plastic sleeves.

§2.4 Per default, we unfortunately do not deep-clean records priced less than €15, meaning low priced item might have dust etc. from yearly storage time. This is one of the many reasons why we are able to sell items at such low prices. We furthermore expect vinyl collectors to have their own desired way of cleaning.

§2.5 We are unfortunately unable to replace inner sleeves for 12" maxis per default.

§2.6 We package all orders carefully in sturdy cardboard boxes with reinforced edges - please however note that the shipping of Shellac records and CD Jewelcases are particularly hard, since even slight bumps in the package can cause these to become damaged. Whilst we always make an effort to package these safer, we do not assume liability for broken Shellac records or Jewelcases. Please contact us in this case, and we can work out a solution.

§3 - Grading

§3.1 For gradings, please refer to the official Discogs grading guide: Discogs grading guide PLEASE NOTE THAT GRADING IS SOLELY DONE VISUALLY.

§3.2 All special included extras (Posters, inserts, post cards, stickers, OBI-strips, OIS’s, inner sleeves, bonus-7" or 12" additional records as well as various defects (punch holes/saw-cuts/stickers/writings/etc)), are not always mentioned in our descriptions. These are likewise not necessarily included, if it is not specifically mentioned in the item description.

§3.3 Please note that all grading is done visually due to our large inventory. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If the item significantly deviates from our graded condition, please get in touch and we will have a look at providing a partial refund.

§4 - SHIPPING

§4.1 Orders usually ship in 2 business days. Please allow further time for larger orders.

§4.2 All orders are shipped with tracking no matter the service or cost.

§4.3 Please bear in mind that we are not the shipping carriers, hence why are unable to provide exact delivery estimates or the like. Europe shipping is usually between 1-4 weeks, worldwide spans between 2-5 weeks, and South America usually takes from 3-8 weeks depending on the local courier service.

§4.4 We ALWAYS ship to the address stated on Discogs upon placing your order. If this is wrong, PLEASE contact us immediately on the order timeline, and we’ll update it. Please note, we do not bear any liability for parcels being returned due to wrong delivery address.

§4.5 Please do not accept any packages that arrives with damages. These should be declined by recipient in order to make a claim with the courier.

§4.6 Smaller orders will be packed in cardboard boxes with reinforced edges. Larger orders will be packed In double cardboard boxes. Please note that for larger orders, records will not be removed from their sleeve (Unless high value).

§4.7 CANARY ISLANDS - please note, it is not sufficient to write “Spain” in your address, as the custom requirements are vastly different, and as is the shipping prices. Please make sure your address is updated to Canary Islands on Discogs. If you have not done this, and the parcel gets returned to us we are not liable for the costs of reshipping it to the correct address. §4.7.2 BRAZIL - Please note, if you are located in Brazil and purchasing from us, it is mandatory to include your CFP number, as ALL PARCELS WILL BE RETURNED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS if this number is not visible during inspection. We will not bear the costs of reshipping the parcel, if it gets returned due to wrong or missing information provided by you.

§4.8 Pick-up orders can be collected in our warehouse office located in Albertslund, Copenhagen. The pick-up window is weekdays from 9-12 and 13:30-15:30. Further information will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.

§4.9 Please note: Free shipping is no longer available (Discogs raised their fees on the 22nd of May, so unfortunately we are unable to offer it anymore).


Please note that the shipping prices available on our store page under “Ships from” are for reference only, and shipping prices are always calculated based on the actual weight:
1xLP = Usually around 250 grams on average, but sometimes a bit more/less. (12" maxis or generic sleeves weigh less).
2xLP = DOUBLE ALBUM (counts as 2 records - around 400-450 grams)
3xLP = TRIPLE ALBUM (counts as 3 records), etc.
2x10" maxis count as one 12" record.
4x7'' singles count as one 12'' record, usually 50-60 grams each.
3xCD's count as about one 12" record, usually 80-100 grams each (with the case).

§4.10 DHL Connect shipping to the following countries will be delivered to a DHL Service Point: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

§4.11 We can ship to P.O. Boxes - But we need to inform you, that when sending to a P.O. Box/Apdo (especially when using the DHL service) , we are not liable for the delivery, if there's not a person present to ensure it gets delivered correctly. Tracking is still active of course.

Please note that all orders with DHL goes through a transit point in Neumünster, Germany.

§5 - RETURNS

§5.1 We do not bear the costs of reshipping if your parcels gets returned to us by the carrier due to it being unclaimed, wrong address or other errors on the buyer behalf. We do offer reshipping for the cost of the original postage. If you do not wish to have the parcel resent, but rather the items refunded, we charge a €12 fee to cover the return fee for the parcel.

§5.2 If you change your mind about your order we will accept a return. The item(s) must be unopened and returned to us in sturdy packaging. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the package being marked as "Delivered". Upon receiving the item(s) back we will refund you the cost of the order less the shipping charge. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of €2 per item if necessary to compensate for restocking fee's with larger orders.

§5.3 If a record is defective you may contact us to see about a replacement or refund. Returns for defective merchandise must be initiated within 14 days of the package being marked as "Delivered". Depending on the situation we should be able to process an exchange, but if not, a return and refund will most likely be what is settled upon. Vinyl can be a finicky and inconsistent format and we hope that buyers understand that and work with us as well.

§5.4 If your parcels gets returned to us by the carrier due to it being unclaimed, wrong address or other errors on the buyer behalf, the order will be kept with us for 2 months, and then discarded. Due to Discogs locking orders after 90 days, we are unable to provide any refunds after this timeframe, but will issue a discount for your future order.

§6 - CANCELLATIONS

§6.1 Yes, we can cancel your order if this has not been shipped yet. Depending on the size of the order, we bear the right to issue a restocking fee at our discretion, if the order has already been picked.

§6.2 We are unable to cancel any orders that have been marked as shipped. Please reference “Returns” to return the order once received.

§6.3 Invoiced orders are auto cancelled after 14 days, and can not be recreated by us.
