1. All records i sell are cleaned and play-graded. Goldmine grading system is aplied (see below).
2. I accept a reasonable bid on most records.
3. Payment only with PayPal. No exceptions.
4. Please pay within 7 days otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.
5. Singles are shipped in a plastic sleeve, separate from the original sleeve (if applicable) in a white generic sleeve.
6. I am in favor of recycling, and re-use as many single boxes as possible if they are clean and undamaged.
7. I only ship by PostNL as I have had many problems with other carriers such as non-arrival and damage.
8. The stated shipping costs are as specified by PostNL.
9. I am not liable for packages that do not arrive if track and trace or registered mail has not been chosen.
10. Feedback will only be given if I have received it myself. Unfortunately, about 50% of buyers don't have the decency to give feedback.

M : speaks for it self.
NM : records are shiny, with no visible defects. Writing, stickers or other markings cannot appear on the label, nor can any “spindle marks”. Covers are free of creases, ring wear and seam splits of any kind.
VG+ : Records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Minor signs of handling are OK. Covers should have only minor wear. It might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than one inch long) at the bottom. It may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking.
VG : Records have more obvious flaws than their counterparts in better shape. They lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise. Minor writing, tape or a sticker can detract from the label. Covers will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear in the middle or along the edges of the cover where the edge of a record would reside, is obvious, though not overwhelming. Some more creases might be visible. Seam splitting will be more obvious; it may appear on all three sides, though it won’t be obvious upon looking. Someone might have written or it or stamped a price tag on it, too.
G : record still plays through without skipping. But it has significant surface noise and groove wear, and the label is worn, with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious damage caused by someone trying to remove tape or stickers. Cover has ring wear to the point of distraction, has seam splits obvious on sight and may have even heavier writing.
P : These records are not worth playing and collecting. They are cracked, warped and unplayable without skipping or getting stuck. Can only be used as decoration material or frisbee.The cover is also in a bad condition: water damage, cracks or full of stickers. So heavily damaged that you almost want to cry.
Record grading is a personal experience. When someone thinks it’s NM, another finds it VG +. I try to grade as well as possible and do this conservatively. One can discuss the grading of records for a long time. That's why I don't do that.
