Beginning February 1, 2022, Discogs will require all sellers to implement PayPal. This means that bank transfers (SEPA) are no longer available. Notwithstanding you can choose bank transfer if you do not wish to use PayPal. Just let us know after you have placed your order.
UNFORTUNATELY I can't answer questions for reasons I can't follow thru the messaging system BEFORE you have ordered.
Fine with me if you ORDER RIGHT AWAY & then ask what you need to know. But DON'T PAY until I have answered your question, otherwise paypal fees are due. It's no problem to cancel your order if we can't deliver what you have expected.
LPs will be shipped carefully (record and cover separated to avoid seam splits (except with new records unless you ask for it), cushioned in plastic sleeve.
PLEASE NOTE: I'm not taking responsibility for contents/defects of sealed records I ship outside Germany unless you allow to open & inspect them.
Normally all records which are not sealed come with a new plastic lined inner sleeve (if value is 10€ or more) plus the OIS for sure.
Ihre Platte wird fachmännisch (wenn möglich (nicht bei Neuware, außer Sie fragen danach) Cover und Platte getrennt, um Kantensplits zu vermeiden), in einer Schutzhülle in festem Karton) verschickt.
In der Regel kommen gebrauchte LP mit einer neuen, gefütterten Innenhülle (je nach LP Wert)- ab 10 € LP Wert in jedem Fall. OIS wir beigelegt - klar.
CDs will be shipped in original cases. Condition of regular jewel cases doesn't affect grading since replacement is readily available.
CDs werden in ihren zugehörigen Hüllen verschickt wobei der Zustand von Jewelcases (sofern die CD nicht neu/versiegelt ist), nicht mit in die Bewertung des Covers einfließt da leicht ersetzbar.

I reserve the right to change things in a placed order in case of VAT issues/wrongly calculated shipping price/any other error that happens, simply because I am not doing this professionally and wouldn't like to lose money on it or run into trouble. I count on your fairplay in such cases, if ever it should happen. Thanks!
