* For now on I recommend registered shipment. Especially to Russia, Italy, United States and Southern-America.
* Registered letter will cost at least 16.50 EUR more, but that is the only way to follow or track possible lost letter.
* Jewel cases aren't graded ( unless they are unique).
* As a seller I assume that buyer understands that it's not my fault if post office lost or damage letters.
* I pack CD's as good as I can, write addresses clearly and of course ship letters every time.
* All this means that I'm not necessarily refunding money in "lost-cases" if buyer choose non-registered letter.

* Double CD’s = same price than 2 CD
* Double-LP = same price than 2 LP's
* CD in a digipak = same price than 1 CD with jewel case
* Maximum size of the envelope: 25 x 35,3 x 3 cm

* I always pack CD's as good as I can. I wrap in plastic bubbles and if possible, also inside a cartong too.
* Let me know if you definitely want NM jewel cases. Otherwise jewel cases are always more or less used.
* For sure I try to check out that jewel cases are not broken and change them if I see bad scratches etc.
* If you buy many items, I recommend shipment without standard jewel cases for you to save money.
* I ship approximately once in a week (depending on how busy I'm at my day job). Discogs is a hobby for me =)
