For grading I have used the international standards.

SOBC = sticker on backside cover
SOC = sticker on cover
SOL = sticker on label
TOC = Tear on cover (most of the time due to bad price-sticker removals)
TOL = Tear on Label
WOBC = writing on backside cover
WOC = writing on cover
WOL = writing on label

VINYL RECORDS:
VG : Clean vinyl - There might be surface marks on the vinyl, that may cause light background noise.
VG+ : Clean, glossy vinyl - Glossy vinyl, but there might be light surface marks on the vinyl, that do not affect play.
VG+ : Clean, scratchless vinyl - vinyl can show some hairlines. Note: hairlines are not scratches !
VG++/NM- : Glossy, scratchless vinyl - utlra light hairlines may be visible in bright daylight.
NM : Glossy, scratchless vinyl (possibly unplayed)
M- : Spotless glossy vinyl (probably unplayed)
Mint : Unplayed or Sealed

I will always mention in the item description when there are certain specifics.

w/ Printed inlay
etc.

Records are shipped registered with DHL, DPD or PostNL.

12" size records are to big for letterboxes, so these can only be sent as a parcel/package.
It depends on the weight in which category your shipping goes. (scroll down for shipping costs)

Parcel (<2kg) means a package lighter than 2 kilogram.
Usualy 8 records
This means that shipping 8 records costs the same as shipping just 1 record !!
NOTE: Double albums count as 2 !!

Parcel (<5kg) means a package lighter than 10 kilogram.
A package up to 20 records
NOTE: Double albums count as 2 !!

Parcel (<30kg) means a package lighter than 30 kilogram.
A package up to 120 records
NOTE: Double albums count as 2 !!

7" singles and CDs are cheaper to sent (see lists below).
CD ALBUMS will be sent without jewelcase, carefully packed in airbubble envelopes.
It's Safer and cheaper.
Sealed copies will be shipped incl. the jewelcase.
Also Digipaks and Super Jewelcases will be shipped along.
NOTE: the weight of these shippings is higher and therefor the costs will be higher as well.
CD Singles will be sent including the slim jewel cases, unless it's a cardsleeve.

Payment by bank transfer or Paypal.
