My shipping policy is:
The buyer pays the shipping fees unless something else is negotiated.
All packages are send as a recorded delivery which allows each package to be traced.
Everyone who has made an order, after the package is sent will receive a personal tracking number within a few days.
Every record will be shipped in special mailers with maximum protection.

Returns and refunds:
1. We accept returns for all orders and records, but the returning shipping costs are for the byer no matter what. No negotiation could be made.
2. If you order a brand new record and want to return it after you have opened it and have listened to it you will get as a return 80% of the price which you have paid and no refund for shipping costs. The return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
3. If you receive a broken record you will get a full refund for the record and a 50% refund for the shipping. No exceptions will be made.
4. If you don't receive the package at all you will get a full refund for the record/s only after I sort out with the shipping company what is the problem.
5. If you have provided a wrong or not full address and the package can not be delivered to you you won't receive a refund for the shipping costs.

- LP UK/Europe - 7.50 EUR up to 0.500 kg, Registered airmail.
- LP USA/World - 9.50 EUR up to 0.500 kg, Registered airmail.

- Small packet 0,500 kg to 1 kg USA/most of Worldwide 14.00 EUR.
- Small packet 0,500 kg to 1 kg UK/Europe - EU/NON EU 11.00 EUR.
- Small packet 1,001 kg up to 2 kg USA/most of Worldwide 19.90 EUR.
- Small packet 1,001 kg up to 2kg UK/Europe - EU/NON EU 16.80 EUR.
