Welcome to my store! If you’d ask us to describe our service in one sentence, we would describe it like this:

“GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY, AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE”

We take great pride in the time and effort we put in our orders and packing the orders, to avoid damage and trouble. We'll always do our best to respond to your questions and/or send out your item(s) as quick as possible. We always try to do everything as fast as possible and are always open for questions.

Packing:

We always pack our items with great care. We take the records out of the sleeve and put it behind the sleeve. Besides that, we often put an extra record in front of and behind the ordered item, to protect the item, this will not affect your shipping costs in any way. We then wrap the items in bubble wrap and after that in a sturdy carton box.
All of our boxes/envelopes contain a fragile post.

Payment and shipping:

If something is up, please let us know and we will figure something out! The buyer always pays for shipping!
You can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.

If necessary, we can send your package later when the COVID-19 is over. We do ask you to pay for your package in advance. We do still ship everywhere! We ship to the Discogs provided address.

For all buyers from Australia, New Zealand and the United States, please keep in mind that there is also a small tax that is excluded from our shipping costs, this will be different per state and that money is not for us.*) The buyer always pays for shipping. Shippingcosts are stated above for each specific country. No discount is given on shipping!
*) If a package is returned to us by the post office for whatever reason, the customer is also always responsible for resending the package and paying the shipping costs again (unless it is really our mistake, then we will pay) . The shipping process is out of our hands and no longer our responsibility when the package is delivered to the post office.
*) Your payment must be made within 7 days! Unless we agreed on something different. No response = negative feedback!
*) We try to send packages as soon as possible, ideally the next day. But we are very busy so please keep that in mind. If something is up, we will let you know.
*) Shipment can be later on your request, no problem at all!

Grading:

*) Vinyls are always well taken care off, unless stated differently. We always try to clean the records with a cloth before packing. We hardly grade a record NM, unless it looks pristine. If you’ve got questions about grading, let us know!
*) We grade visually, because there are too many items to listen to.
*) Shipping always with tracking!
