-We have a $10 min. order requirement.

Shipping:

-Shipping is calculated automatically based on weight for economy policies and based on # of items for priority policies. We have it set up so that buyers save $ upon ordering multiple items.
-We are not responsible for items damaged, lost or delayed by the Postal Service. Nonetheless, if there is an issue, let us know and we will do what we can to help get it resolved.
-We are not responsible for items that get stuck in customs.
-We do our best to ship within 3 business days of receiving payment (in many cases, we ship well within 3 business days).
-In the event of a return, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Grading:
-Please understand that there are some gray areas in terms of grading, yet we do our utmost to follow Discogs' grading guidelines. If you have an issue with the way your purchase was graded, reach out. You will find that we are reasonable people. However, we expect you to be reasonable as well. By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Discogs grading system. You also accept that, as the grading standards indicate, Near Mint means no "obvious" wear...however, please bear in mind that Near Mint does not mean Mint! There may be some very minor, hardly noticeable wear on an NM record...but again, nothing "obvious". It is necessary to state this point because in my experience many Discogs buyers expect that NM means Mint, but it does not. There is a reason the NM distinction exists.
-We always mark the media condition of sealed items as MINT. We understand that in rare circumstances a sealed item could be warped or have some other type of damage, however, without opening the item, we will always assume it to be in MINT condition.
-CD grading doesn't take into account the jewel case (as those crack easily and can easily be replaced by you, the buyer).
-Grading acronyms: WOC = Writing on cover, WOL - Writing on Label, RW = Ring Wear

Pricing:
-We do accept offers on some items. Please keep the offers reasonable.

Payment:
-We only accept payment via Paypal. Orders not paid within 3 days are automatically cancelled. We appreciate swift payment so as not to keep our items "off the shelf" for other customers who may be interested.

Inventory:
-We have thousands of records. This does occassionally result in some inventory management issues where an item can no longer be found. We take fulfillment seriously and do our very best to avoid this. However, if there is an issue with fulfillment due to an item missing on our side, we reserve the right to cancel the order and send a refund (if already paid).
