2. JEWEL CASES (CD's, Cassette etc) are NOT GRADED so some might be scratched / cracked or broken as these can be easily replaced - internal sleeve card is graded. If there is an official record label sticker on the case I will make reference to same.
3. If you think an item has been graded incorrectly or if you have any other issues - please contact me first before leaving neutral / negative feedback.

Orders over £20 will be sent via Royal Mail 'UK Sign For 2nd Class Post' . Delivery is normally within 3-5 days including Saturdays - both Standard / Sign For (but in exceptional cases it can take 10-14 days).
