→ Cassettes & CDs: Cases not graded, damaged cases get replaced unless low priced or sealed.

→ MAKE SURE YOUR DISCOGS ADDRESS MATCHES ← We may use this one on occasion. If we use your Discogs address and it is wrong, we are not at fault. If you want to ship to a different address; change the address before payment, then change them back after payment.
→ RETURNS: Accepted within 7 days after received. We re-check before shipment, but even then we are human. Please allow us to fix issues before you leave feedback.
→ DELAYS: Unless we have shipped to an incorrect address, there is NOTHING we can do about shipping delays.
→ We are NOT responsible for missing or damaged packages.
→INSURED OR FASTER SHIPPING: Ask for it before you pay. Media mail for U.S. and First Class International is used by default.
→ We usually ship within a day or two.
→ Buyer pays return shipping unless wrong item was received. Factory sealed items must be returned in same condition.
→ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Are responsible for customs, taxes, import & currency conversion fees. Must have Paypal name and address in English. We can not print label till it is changed. If we have to refund you to change it, cancellation fees will apply.
→ $5 + 5% of total cancellation fee deducted from refunds if we are NOT at fault.This pays for extra work involved plus non refundable Paypal fees.
