SEALED ITEMS:

VINYL: A sealed item is presumed to be factory sealed and "Mint" (unplayed and without obvious visual defect, such as warps, pitting, bubbling, evidence of prior play, etc.). It may not necessarily be a "perfect" player (which no seller can control nor should any buyer expect). Also, it is presumed to be listed under the "correct" version (correct format and country of origin, original vs. reissue, etc. - this does NOT include if multiple pressings of the same format with different trail-off markings, pressing plants or label variations appear in the database). After purchase, I will gladly open a sealed item upon the buyer's request, to check visually if it is free of defects and to make sure it is the correct version - NOT to check for label or trail-off variations of the same version. If it turns out there's a discrepancy, there is no obligation to buy, and the order will be cancelled upon buyer's request. However, if this option is not chosen, I cannot be held responsible for any issues after shipping - including seam splits - and there will be no refunds and the item may NOT be returned if opened. COVERS / PICTURE SLEEVES: While no cover ever is truly "perfect", I occasionally grade a cover as "Mint" ONLY if it is sealed OR it was never factory sealed, and has no flaws except perhaps under very close inspection. A sealed cover will grade NM if it has no more than a couple VERY MINOR flaws (for example, light ringwear on the shrink or a hint of corner rounding/dinging or seam wear). Such flaws may or may not be noted under "Comments". Corner creases generally will reduce the grade to NM- or less (depending on severity) and will be noted. Cut-outs will always be noted and except under rare circumstance, automatically reduce the grade to VG+ or less, even on otherwise Mint or NM covers. Other flaws will be noted as applicable, and will be reflected in the grade. Shrink tears are noted but generally do not reduce grade.

NOTE TO ALL BUYERS - While I take great care in ensuring your items arrive in their stated condition, once an item has been shipped, full ownership is then transferred to the BUYER, as I am NOT responsible for extended delivery delays, or lost or damaged items once they have left my possession. If for some reason either of these circumstances do arise, I will be happy to provide you with any information I have and assist you in any reasonable way possible.
