A ) OUR SHIPPING/PICKUP TERMS :

Weight Standards
1xLP Weighs about 230 grams on average.
2xLP Double albums weighs 460 grams on average and counts for 2x

Your orders will be sent as soon as possible, meaning day to day and latest 3 full business days after the order is completed.

We ship from Copenhagen, Denmark - every Monday and Thursday.

We pack in the best mailers/carton on the market, The Multiwell 165 which offers elite protection.

Your order will of course be sent to the address that you wrote on your discogs account. If you want your order to be shipped to another address then please let us know your detailed information in the message box of the order.

Full responsibility/ownership is transferred on to the buyer as soon as shipping is made
and we can not be made responsible for any lost package or damaged items due to shipping handling.

In the extreme rare case of issues we will of course do all we can to help you recover package or money.

Most of the budget shipping products for packages under 2kg are uninsured meaning no claim can be made in case of lost or damaged package upon shipping.

In case you wish for insured shipping then please write us before check out and we can provide you a shipping price that includes insurance.

Local pick up is now available Mondays 15-16.00 and Thursdays 16-17.00

B ) OUR PAYMENT TERMS :

We use Euro € as a currency to price all our records. You can pay either with PayPal or Credit Card through Paypal.

If your country is not supported by Paypal please contract us and we will help you.

C ) HOW TO GET IN CONTACT WITH US

For any question you might have concerning your shipping/packing then please write it in the message box of your order. For any special request ( example delaying a shipping or change of address,etc..) add it in "Additional Instructions" when making the order or write it before payment in the message box of your order.

And please do not write us i private messages except if your inquiry is not directly linked to any pre-existing order as we cant see from which order you are writing us. Do not forget to add the direct link if your question is connected to a specific item.

Please let us know in case you are not satisfied with your purchased product - We want all customers to be happy and mistakes can happen so in the rare case there should be any complains please write us BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK so we can do our best to solve the situation - THANK YOU !

You can expect an answer to your message from Monday to Friday from CET (Central European Time Zone). Our office is closed on weekends. It can take a few days for us to get back to your message so please be patient and we will answer you as soon as possible.

D ) RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Buyer have a 14 day right of withdrawal on any orders made with us from the day you receive your package.

If the Buyer breaks the sealing of the package then the Buyer automatically waives the right of withdrawal although we are still open to refund if there are issues with the order of course.

All shipping expenses are paid in full by the buyer unless other arrangement are made.

Buyer holds full responsibility for securely packing the item(s) returned. Buyer holds full ownership of the item(s) until package is securely received back at our storage and items are found in same condition as when they were shipped by us.

Please keep postal receipt and send tracking ID to [email protected], incl your order nr in subject.

Please dont open a PAYPAL case as we will always solve any issues through our support.

Any PAYPAL case opened will be charged 15 EUR in solution fee.

E ) OUR RECORD GRADING/IDENTIFYING

All records are carefully visually graded only and therefore grades are visual and not play grades.

All records unless noted are used items that all had a previous owner, therefore all items are presumed faulty to some degree when bought.
( see our condition grading guide below )

Correct versions are determined by matching photos of inner labels and covers - if you are interested in a record that can only be identified from a run-out matrix number or other forms of identification incl small label variations and are not actual different pressings then please ask us for a photo ( see below ) or let us know by writing us in the message box after paying your order.

We are correct in the vast majority but version mistakes can happen so if a specific version is very important for your then let us know !

Also if you desire to see a picture or a specific detail of the record it is possible but only for records over 10 € through Email [email protected] - Unfortunately we can't provide extra check up on details or provide photos when the record is under 10 €. It’s simply impossible for us time and cost wise to process the record a second time.

We distinguish between hairlines, scuffs (surface marks) and scratches ( feel-able )

We can also use the term "Marks" or "Lines" usually when there are multiple marks of different kinds (hairlines, scuffs and light or faint scratches).

Hairlines are thin as a hair and can not be felt by your finger or nail when you feel the record.

Scuffs or surface marks are not scratches.

Scratches can either be tangible or intangible by your finger or nail and are usually bigger than hairlines and more irregular. “light scratche(s)” or “feelable scratche(s)”. A scratch would be felt where as a light scratch would not be felt and would only be surface wear.

We don't grade or guarantee original inner sleeves ( OIS ), inserts or stickers but will note in comments if there is a "OIS" or "Insert" if included.

Condition grading guide of our records:

Mint (M) : Sealed or unplayed

Near-Mint (NM/M-) :
A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear.
Record should be glossy and shiny all the way through with no obvious marks or hairlines at all.

COVER : Cover is close to perfect but minimum storage wear can be accepted.

Excellent record (EX) :
The Excellent grading is not a Discogs grading and can’t be applied in the official grading however we will use it to bridge the gap between NM and VG+.
An EX record will be placed in the NM/M- Discogs grading with the Excellent record or EX record as the first line in the comment section.

EX VINYL - An excellent (or VG++) condition for vinyl will allow minor scuffs which are visible but only slightly. Vinyl is glossy and shiny. The wear should be absolutely minimal. Only a few minor paper scuffs or hairlines and that's about it.

COVER : Artwork is still as close to perfect as can be. Some impression to the cover (minor outer ring wear) but no ink wear! Some faint creases to the corners, but not wrinkled and obtrusive to the eye. The corners can show white (where the artwork pasted slick was) meaning faint wear.

Very Good Plus (VG+) :
Will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.

VG+ will show light wear, surface scuffs, hairlines and maybe some very light scratches. The vinyl should still have a great glossy shine, but the flaws will be noticeable to the naked eye. Sometimes holding the record up to a very bright light you will see many tiny lines across the surface. Remember, the record still should look as though it was handled with care.

COVER : A nice cover, but may have light writing on it. The cover looks clean with "Light" or "Some" general "coverwear". "Some" or "Light" wear to the seams or spine, no real split seams only maybe the beginning of a split usually on the mid bottom seam, no real cover tears except for maybe the odd price sticker remove and slight marks. The corners will have "Some" or "Light" wear, a VG+ cover is still "complete", unglued seams can be accepted although it will be mentioned in the comments as well as any concerning effects.

Very Good (VG) :
VG record will appear to have been well played but still somewhat glossy and shiny. The vinyl may be faded, slightly grayish, because of surface scuffs, which often happens to records that are played and left out of cover. Still they should appear to have been handled with somewhat care. Some surface scuffs, hairlines or/and light scratches WILL appear. Audible sound defects WILL be heard but won't overpower the music.

COVER : will look worn, used, probably resulting in "Some'' general coverwear. There may be "Some'' or "Light" seam/spine splitting, although mentioned in the comments. There could be "Some'' ring wear. There may be "Some'' writing on the cover. It will look aged and well used but still it should be decent and hold together. Concerning conditions will be mentioned in the comments.

Very Good Minus (VG-) :
The VG- grading is not a Discogs grading and can’t be applied in the official grading, We therefore will usually downgrade to G+.

VG- record will look very well played with lots of marks consisting of anything from hairlines,scuffs to light scratches and deep scratches. Record could be dull, grayish. A VG- Record could also be relatively “clean” but with a serious scratch. It will have distracting noise, such as crackle, clicks and pops that could be continuous or only in certain phases. It should play without any skips. However a VG- record should still be enjoyable to the casual buyer.

COVER :

Good Plus (G+) :
Significant scratches, surface noise, and groove wear.
G+ record will look rough with plenty of marks and scratches but should still be enjoyable to the casual buyer. Distracting noise will be evident throughout but won’t permanently overpower the music. G+ record can have possible skips but this depends sometimes on the turntable as well.

COVER : rough cover with possible splits seams/spine, possible "Some" cover tears, possible water damage although the cover is still holding together. Concerning conditions will be mentioned in the comments.

Good (G) :
Significant scratches, surface noise, and groove wear.
G record will naturally look even worse than a G+ with plenty of marks and scratches all over. Borderline enjoyable at any genre. Distracting noise will be evident throughout and will possibly overpower the music at curtain phases or at least be at the same level.

COVER : Rough cover with possible splits seams/spine, possible "Some" to "Heavy" cover tears, possible water damage, cover could be falling apart. Concerning conditions will be mentioned in the comments.
