UK BUYERS - I SHIP USING 2ND CLASS STANDARD ROYAL MAIL SERVICE. PLEASE SELECT WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE STANDARD OR TRACKED SERVICE. YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT TRACKED SERVICE IF THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU WANT - A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE FORWARDED ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED.

UK BUYERS - I CAN POST UP TO EIGHT LPs FOR THE PRICE OF ONE. I CAN ALSO POST UP TO 60 RECORDS IN THE UK FOR £10. PLEASE BROWSE MY OTHER STOCK FOR LOTS MORE RECORDS TO ADD TO YOUR ORDER.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICY:

Standard shipping on international orders is made at the buyer’s own risk. Please pay for tracked shipping if you want a tracking number and peace of mind. I cannot and will not refund you for untracked international orders lost in the post.

International buyers - If Discogs has charged VAT on your order then please be aware that the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) information that the VAT has been paid will be contained within the 3D barcode on the label on your parcel. If your local customs attempt to charge the VAT a second time again it is because they haven't scanned this barcode as they are meant to. If this happens then contact me and I will provide all of the IOSS info for you to contact them alongside the invoice you have paid showing that VAT has already been paid.

WE ONLY SHIP RECORDS BETWEEN MON-FRI DURING THE WEEK.

RECORDS ARE WIPED AND LIGHTLY CLEANED BEFORE DISPATCH, BUT ANY OTHER CLEANING OF RECORDS IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THE MAJORITY OF RECORDS ARE OLD SECOND HAND RECORDS AND WILL NEED TO BE CLEANED BY THE BUYER ALSO.

As customary with any online commerce we will try to work any issues out with the customer directly, in a way that satisfies all that those involved but we will require you, the customer, to be reasonable as well.

Keep in mind that at Simply Vinyl Records we don't do well with negative feed-back threats. We are professional, and we want you, the customer, to be satisfied. This is and always remains our No. 1 priority. Should you have a problem with the order simply message us and we will certainly find a way to address your concerns.

We do not give negative feedbacks to members of the community. I do this, because I don't believe in negativity and I believe that it doesn't help the buyer or the seller.

PS If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to resolve an issue before automatically leaving negative feedback. In all cases a resolution is possible. (the Discogs Buyers' Agreement requires that buyers contact the seller prior to leaving feedback) Thanks.

RETURN DETAILS:

WE DO NOT GIVE PARTIAL REFUNDS. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER, WE WILL ASK YOU TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND.

Sadly, PayPal has now withdrawn their 'Return shipping on us' offer (https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/can-i-get-reimbursed-for-return-delivery-costs-faq3544). If you want to return an item then you will need to cover the return shipping costs.

We will request that any orders which are defective or you are unhappy upon receiving we will request are returned in original packaging. Once received and inspected we will issue a refund.
