By default I ship through Canada Post unless otherwise instructed. Shipping is with insurance and a tracking number. If any issues with delivery arise, please take up any issues with the courier, paypal etc, first, and if you are having difficulties I'll do what I can to help you out. If there is a manufacturing defect with your vinyl it is best to contact the manufacturer/label yourself to see if they can rectify it for you. If you have exhausted all avenues let me know and I'll do what I can.

The vast majority of the new vinyl is sealed from the manufacturer. This includes coloured/limited edition vinyl. In most cases there is a sticker or specific bar code associated with a variation, but not all the time. I do my best to be as accurate as possible, but will not break the seal on records with no indication. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you have and I'll be more than happy to give you any info I have about it.
