Found it in an indie record store in France. French release date was June 21st, some countries have June 28 and some have July 12th ! Also, strange that it doesn't appear on the Velvets official website... Don't know about the number of copies but it... See full review

Some copies, not numbered were sent to people who ordered the Bordeaux show, as this last one was not released due to technical sound problems during the show.
The CD was sent along with the "Selections From Europe" one.
