ATTENTION : We have removed the insurance require requirement on orders over $80. Going forward, we will only require insurance on orders over $200.

Unfortunately with Discogs' new automatic invoice policy it is not possible to manually invoice more expensive orders. Instead of raising our shipping rates for everyone we will reach out to customers who purchase more expensive orders and request that they send an additional amount to cover insurance. Insurance is approximately 5% of the value of the order. This is not ideal for us as we would prefer to have a single transaction but hopefully Discogs will come up with a solution soon!

If you have received a tracking number for your package but it doesn't show any movement, it's not because it hasn't been picked up by the post office. With the exception of weekends if you receive a tracking number that means it will be picked up by the post office the following day. Unfortunately our local post office routinely fails to scan packages when they arrive at their location, which means that many of our customers reach out to us asking why we haven't shipped out their order yet. Please be patient and trust that we have processed your order as quickly as possible and it's now on its way to you!

Our business hours are Monday thru Friday, 10 AM -- 6 PM. We are not open on weekends, if you do not hear back from us immediately during that time you will hear back from us at the beginning of the week, thank you!

Due to the amount of time and packing materials it takes to ship out 78s/10"/Shellacs, we will be charing an additional fee of $5 for the first record and $2 for each additional record.

We work Monday through Friday and reply to messages/invoice sporadically on weekends. If you don't hear back from us immediately on Saturday or Sunday please don't worry, we'll be back at it on Monday :-)

Shipping internationally can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks, please be patient as we have no control over when packages get held up in customs!

We switch the status over to Payment Received the day we ship out the records, if it automatically switched over to Payment Pending then 99.9% of the time it's in our account!

We have an automatic cancellation setting on our account, if you do not pay for your order in 7 days, it will be cancelled and you will automatically receive negative feedback. If for whatever reason your payment is delayed, please let us know in advance when it'll be coming our way. If you don't notify us, we reserve the right to cancel any order that hasn't been paid in 4 days.

NOTE: PayPal does not refund fees, please only pay for orders when you plan to actually purchase them. If you cancel the order after you have paid on a whim you will be refunded for the amount you paid minus the fees. Of course, if we do not have a record in stock that you ordered and that's grounds for you cancelling the order then we will refund you in full, fees included! This is just to prevent us getting taxed for your failure to follow through with orders that you've placed and paid for.

**We take great care in packing the records, but we do recommend that you purchase insurance on pricier records as we cannot be held responsible for postal workers' poor handling of records. Also, if tracking indicates that the package has been delivered we will not be held responsible if it doesn't end up in your hands for whatever reason!

**We place records over $15 outside the cover/sleeve in a plastic poly sleeve. Any record under $15 is shipped in its cover/sleeve.

**No refunds on P, F, G and G+ records, all sales are final in these categories! Refunds on VG, VG+, and NM records are contingent upon the buyer providing proof (in the form of an audio or cell phone recording) of the issue. We do not offer partial refunds: if you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly provide a return shipping label for you to send back the defective record(s) for a full refund.

**DNAP--does not affect playback--in the description of a record with a storage warp does not include back cueing. It means that the needle can be placed at the beginning of the record and play through without any issues that could result from storage warping.

WE DROP A NEEDLE ON EVERY RECORD WE POST.

We also listen to each record on headphones, which means that we not only grade accurately but in general gravitate towards grading conservatively.

As there is some variation on how Discogs users interpret the grading system, here is how we grade our records.

M: Mint means mint. Always sealed, no exceptions.

NM: While not sealed, the record looks and sounds like it most likely has never been played, or was played once or twice at most. The record has no visible marks or scratches, and it is on the whole a flawless copy.

VG+: VG+ means very, VERY little to no surface noise. There may be the general noise floor of a vinyl record, but there is absolutely no crackle or pop. A VG+ record may be close to NM (one or two marks or scuffs preventing it from receiving a NM grade) or may just be a very clean copy all around with minor imperfections. A VG+ can have slight storage warping or dishing but these qualities will be mentioned in the item’s description. Once again, a VG+ record has very, VERY little to no surface noise.

VG: VG is broken down into two categories: SOLID and STRONG. A SOLID VG copy has audible surface noise but is still very playable/listenable (anything that truly intrudes on the listening experience or prevents a record from being played by a DJ will automatically put it in the G+/G range). A SOLID VG copy will have noticeable marks/scratches/scuffs and generally look like it has been played a bit. A STRONG VG copy, on the other hand, has very light surface noise which at times is barely audible but is there nonetheless, which prevents the record from receiving a VG+ grade. A STRONG VG copy will not have as many marks as a SOLID VG copy and will on the whole be close to a VG+ grading.

G+/G: Records in this category have intrusive surface noise but are still very playable and listenable. However, there will be many signs of wear, from visible scratches, marks, and scuffs to vinyl crackle. G+/G is also broken down into SOLID and STRONG. A STRONG G+ may be close to VG but has just a bit too much surface noise to fall into that category. A SOLID G+ plays through but has significant surface noise.
