Max Matsuura

Max Matsuura is a Japanese producer and the President of Avex Trax and its subsidiaries. He is credited with the label's success throughout the 90s and its continuing success as Japan's biggest record label in the present date.

He is also known for discovering some of Japan's biggest artists such as Ayumi Hamasaki, AAA, Every Little Thing and Girl Next Door (2) and successfully reviving the careers of others such as Ami Suzuki and Maki Goto.
