Can I order now and pay later?
- No that is impossible. We would like to ask you to place an order if you also have the money to pay. Orders not paid within 5 days will be cancelled. From that moment on, it will no longer be possible to order from us in the future.

When will the package be shipped?
- We ship our packages within 7 days. Be patient, because we are growing fast and have a lot of orders;

Can I track the package?
- Shipping always with track and trace code;

Can you combine my orders?
- We cannot merge orders. Merging different orders is not possible. Each order is shipped separately.
As an example: if you order today and tomorrow, then you pay shipping costs twice and you will receive two different packages from us;

I want a discount on the order or lower shipping costs.
- Nope! We never give a discount. Only sellers who are too expensive can give discounts. We deliver a good product with love. We also do not ask for money for the shipping boxes and other materials. Our shipping costs are often even higher than we ask you as a customer. In any case, we never ask for a higher shipping cost. Asking for a discount will also not be appreciated by our team.

Are all records cleaned?
- Only records above 25 euros are professionally cleaned with a pro-ject machine cleaner;

Is it possible to pay outside the discogs platform?
- You cannot order from us outside discogs. Buyers who request this anyway will be blocked!!;

Why is the order amount at least 10 euro?
- Because our prices are very low, but the handling and packaging costs and fee on shipping costs are always the same, we use a minimum order value excluding shipping costs of 10 euros. Please note that this only applies to the order value excluding shipping costs.

Do you also listen to items during the grading?
- No, that's impossible: 150,000 items x 50 minutes of music = 175 months of listening. We assess the items for quality with an eye and many years of experience.

The following sounds logical, but we have to do it anyway.
- In some countries you get free shipping on a certain order. Please note that this only applies to the order value excluding shipping costs.
- We do not contribute to customs costs. And no, we are not going to mislead them by sending it as a gift or noting a lower amount.
- Some users cannot order from us. We don't know why this is.
- I-deal doesn't work. Only PayPal with a PayPal account works.
- Minimum order amount is 10 euros. We do not deviate from this.
