SHIPPING PRICES FOR CDs/DVDs:

Within the U.S. -- USPS shipping (with tracking) is $4.75 for the first item, slightly more for each additional item (compact discs). For DVDs/Blu-rays, shipping is $4.75 for the first item and $1.75 each additional item. Shipping for LPs is $6.85, $1.90 each additional. In most cases, shipping cost is automatically generated on your invoice. Multi-item shipping discounts are automatically calculated on your invoice. Occasionally, in event of very large orders, we will adjust shipping discounts manually. Due to the USPS postage increase effective Jan. 28, 2019 we have elected to ship orders via either First Class or Media Mail depending on weight and destination in lieu of raising customer shipping rates. ALL orders include tracking numbers; you can expect delivery of your purchase between 2-9 business days after shipping is confirmed barring national emergency. Outside the U.S. -- international postage is determined by number of items in various format categories (CD, vinyl, DVD, etc.). Typically for most destinations (aside from Asian countries) a single CD/DVD with case is $14.99-$15.99, two is $19.99 and each additional adds $2.50 to shipping. Canada is $11.99 for 1 x CD/DVD, then goes up for additional items; Mexico starts at $14.99 for one item. Shipping for LPs to Canada starts at $17.99, $21.99 for most other countries. In most cases, shipping is generated automatically on your invoice. Otherwise, we calculate it manually ASAP, often within minutes, so please check back soon after placing your order. For multiple CD orders we can send without jewel cases to save on shipping costs. If that interests you, please inquire! This process involves us manually adjusting the shipping fee on your invoice OR issuing a partial refund via PayPal after your invoice is paid. In consideration of international postage costs we often include FREE brand-new bonus CDs of our choosing with most shipments while supplies last.

Each disc beyond the first one in a boxed set, for example, counts as an "additional item" -- a three-disc set is three items, and so forth, for purposes of calculating postage weight/rates. The cost of packing materials is built into the postal fee. If you require delivery by Priority Mail, insurance, etc., please let us know before you send payment so we can adjust the invoice accordingly (invoices are automatically generated with postage for domestic orders).

For U.S. and international buyers: If you want an exact shipping quote before placing your order, please contact us. Our shipping rates are determined by what the United States Postal Service charges to ship to you plus a small stipend for packing materials. International customers, please note: in most cases, regular U.S. Postal Service airmail shipping guarantees tracking only as far as the U.S. border. If you wish to pay extra for added protection (insurance and international tracking), please inquire when placing your order. Without added protection we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail outside the U.S. If you are in Canada, Western Europe, Japan or South Korea, extra protection might not be needed and is at the buyer's discretion. Please see note below (OTHER INTERNATIONAL TERRITORIES) regarding shipping to regions where added protection is recommended.

SHIPPING PRICES FOR VINYL:
We use standard LP mailers. Please note: we only send out items as described. Sometimes LPs can get seam splits in transit. If you would like your LP to ship outside of the sleeve, please let us know.

In the USA, because of package size we use Media Mail for LP shipping to save you money over First Class -- $6.85 for the first item, $1.90 each additional item (tracking for delivery verification is included in Media Mail). Priority Mail is available by request, ask about rates. As a default, you will be billed for Media Mail. If you require Priority Mail, please let us know before you send payment.

Our shipping rates are determined by what the U.S. Postal Service charges us to ship to you.

SHIPPING TO OTHER INTERNATIONAL TERRITORIES (CDs/DVDs/vinyl):
For added security, Registered Air Mail is worth considering but not mandatory for shipping to these territories: Mexico, Central and South America, Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa, Middle East, Asia (excluding Japan and South Korea). Please contact us for a quote on registered shipping rates. 1 x standard weight CD starts at $30.75, 2-5 is roughly $40.25, 6+ goes up from there. Again, our shipping rates are determined by what the U.S. Postal Service charges to ship to you.

CONDITION/GRADING OF YOUR PURCHASED ITEM:
Note: We cannot emphasize this strongly enough: PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER! We strive to describe all items accurately; contact us immediately if you have any issue with what you receive in terms of condition or grading. Please note regarding items listed as M/M with hole-punched barcode or marked barcode, barcode drill hole or spine notch cut: these are guaranteed new and unused, in many instances factory sealed, and came directly from the record label as standard-edition release advances. They are NOT retail cut-outs or previously used. Also, on unsealed CDs we normally replace cracked or broken jewel cases with identical new ones before shipping. If a factory sealed item has a cracked or damage case it will be noted in the decription.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Please note that we are on the East Coast of the United States and keep regular weekday business hours. If you order after hours or during the weekend, expect a response within two business days (usually next business day).

RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted for defective items only. If you do receive a defective CD or DVD, you must message us first for instructions. All returns must be authorized in advance and return requests must be made within seven days of receiving the item. Vinyl in not returnable. Buyers with zero positive feedback (including no feedback at all) should expect to have a return request refused.
