Questions are always welcomed!
Photos and audio clips can be produced upon request for most items. We will not leave negative feedback for cancelled orders, therefore you may feel free to continue asking questions after the order is placed.
Not all customers are the same! Some care about visual condition only, some care more about pressing quality and surface noise, some call a mint copy a frisbee if it lacks the correct deadwax stamp. Our goal is to help you find the copy that will suit your specific needs! For this reason it may be helpful to let us know what you're looking for, and also what equipment you will play it on - especially the phono cartridge.
Notes on condition:
All grading is visual unless otherwise specified. Will play grade upon request.
Discs graded as "M-" only if sealed.
Discs graded as "NM-" may have a paper scuff from the factory as even brand new records do!
Discs graded as "VG+" are usually great playing copies with minor visual imperfections.
Discs graded as "VG" are obviously well-played, and some surface noise should be expected.
Discs graded as "G+" or below are recommended only as place holders in your collection.
.
Covers graded as "M-" are either still in shrink wrap, or look freshly unsealed.
Covers graded as "NM-" may have very minor signs of handling and shelf wear.
Covers graded as "VG+" will have shelf wear and at a glance look used.
Covers graded as "VG-" will have minor defects such as writing, split seam, etc.
"Looks unplayed!" = No spindle marks on the label, and no dulling of rainbow gloss in grooves.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE OR GRADED INCORRECTLY. We go the extra mile to prevent this through careful visual grading, offering audio clips and photos, and having detailed communication with the customer. As buyer you must also do your due dilligence - ask questions, communicate to us your specific needs, read the 'seller terms', and understand Discogs grading guidelines.
