I can send CDs flat packed (no case) if you're ordering more than one for a greatly reduced postal cost
I use cruciforms and dedicated mailers when shipping, with cardboard inserts and padding to protect the records. I also remove the record from the sleeve and pack separately, to avoid seam splitting.
