SHIPPING INFO/PRICING:

Please specify when ordering in the US if you'd like Media Mail or Priority Shipping. Pricing options listed below. All orders will be shipped Media Mail or First Class if no special request is made.
7", 10", 12" & LP records are $6 Media Mail Shipping (tracking included) [+$1.00 each additional record]
Priority Mail Shipping varies depending on location. Average is $8-$11.
CD's/DVD's, Cassettes & 8-Tracks are $6 shipped First Class Shipping (tracking included) [+$1.00 each additional Cassette or CD]
INSURANCE:
$50.01 - $100 is $2.50.
$100.01 - $200 is $3.25.
$200.01 - $300 is $4.60.
The price per additional $100 of insurance, valued over $300 up to $5,000, is $4.60 plus $0.90 per each $100 or fraction thereof.
We strongly encourage getting insurance on shipments $50 or more. We are not responsible for items once they ship out the door and will not refund for damages by USPS. This is where insurance kicks in and saves you and your money.
PLEASE NOTE (SERIOUSLY!): We will not ship records/orders that are over $100 to those who do not have any feedback or to those who have poor feedback. We determine poor feedback by a case to case basis. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to these reasons. If you have positive feedback we will require insurance and a signature confirmation to keep both parties safe. We want to get valuable things into your hands safely!
RESTOCKING FEES:

The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.
Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer returns an item in the original condition more than 15 days past the return window. The 15 days allow for return transportation from the buyer to the seller.

The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier. No. The seller pays for return shipping, but may file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if insurance was purchased.
The buyer receives damaged or defective item.

The buyer returns a CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape, or vinyl record within the return window that has been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap).
You will get 50% back…max. It is up to the discretion of us as it is no longer considered new.
The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered. No.
We want to help but we will not accept returns 14 days after the package has been marked as delivered. That does not mean that we will not process a return if you ship something back media mail and it doesn't arrive within that threshold. What we mean is taking two weeks to send a message about an issue after you received it and then wanting to send it back. If there is an issue please reach out the moment you open it. We want you to be happy so the sooner we know, the better!
If an item arrives with damage it is policy to send us photos before we can send any sort of refund. Help us help you! We understand sometimes your postal carrier treats your package like their own personal soccer ball. Please just understand we pack to the best of our abilities and are not the USPS but are here to help.
