Amazingly beautiful, deep, full music, with an incredibly clean and quiet disc. Highly recommended for a Baroque lover (or classical anything really).

Beautiful music by this almost forgotten Baroque composer. The disc has nice, clean and warm tone. The jacket is solid, and feels of good quality. Please to listen to.

Good sound, nice recording to listen to. Guitar in combination with violin / viola is an interesting one, and has a good sound. Nice background music. I have some other John Williams records which I may like more (content wise).

This album, recording and pressing combination sounds "divine". Very beautiful and moving. The horn comes through nicely and the rest of the music compliments it well. Great stuff :-)

Excellent recording with vivacious sound and pleasant, musical tone. Vinyl is pressed in Czechoslovakia. Very quiet. Nice!

Two LP gatefold, music produced by license by Erato of France. Music sounds "ok" to my ear - mostly in mid/high tonal ranges but it is reasonably quiet vinyl.

This pressing sounds amazing, very beautiful and melodic. Nice, well balanced tones and very little noise. The music itself is a series of "Operatic Favorites" by Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari.

Excellent wide band London (Decca) Stereo pressing with warm chello and string tones, good range of all tones, clear and crisp. "Hoffmeister" and "2nd Prussian" - joy to listen to.

Very nice to listen to, with crisp wind instruments. I also appreciate it since it features trumpets and baroque period. Record itself is dead quiet (my copy anyway).

I am no expert in classical guitar, but this sounds excellent to my ear. Clear record, clean Philips pressing. Cross-section of Baroque and Spanish / South American music. Pleasant listen.

Recorded in 1972 in London; released in UK in 1973. Recording is very good, clean tonal separation with good range. Vinyl used is of good quality, quiet and plays well with minimum noise (my NM copy).

Excellent pressing, heavy with smooth edges. Record is "dead quiet" and the music is lively and with good tonal separation. I think this is a great selection for someone enjoying Bach.

This pressing (blue translucent vinyl) sounds "ok" but not great ... a little "tinny" and high pitched ...missing some of the "warmth" I like and in hear in some of my other OJC's...
