- Weirdly my disc 1 seems to have been mastered by HL (presumably at Optimal) but disc 2 has the Scape credit in the runout. Wouldn't be surprised if the discs were pressed at different plants from looking at them too. Both discs sound pretty good but it's hard to say if there's much difference in the quality of the mastering given the wide-ranging material..
- Edited 4 years ago'BREATH Deep' ?!!
Yashar should've been included, although I do love Breathe Deep so it's cool that it's been included as the lead track on that release. Could've included Jazz The Glass and new short edits of Eddie's Out, Fool's Game?! - Really nice collection of cabs stuff. My copy plays fine, but I'd agree that the mastering is rather 'dull'.
Great to hear all the 7" mixes and edits. The kino / big funk edits are only available on a difficult to get hold of promo 7" . - My copy skips ALOT, especially during the first tracks on each side. I would not recommend buying the vinyl, sorry.
- What a shame. I opened my copy this afternoon as I fancied listening to the Cabs - and lo and behold, track A1 (for which I'd partially bought the LP as I love Do The Mussolini) skips all the way through, rendering it unhearable as it skips through in about 15 seconds. I appreciate there will always be imperfections, but this is really disappointing. Nag Nag Nag sounds watered down, too.
