Reviews
- This version of the medley is shorter than on most other 12” releases and doesn’t feature (the sung part of) ‘From Here To Eternity’. The song sequence is different as well. I must say the vocalist of choice sounds very close to Donna Summer - i even doubted for a moment if it was perhaps her. Overal it’s an enjoyable medley. Although i must say Giorgio’s organic modular depth and top level musicians are not present, resulting in a more static synthetic representation lacking the high production standard of the original material. More techno, less disco if you will.
The b-side is the slightly gimmicky ‘O.I.M’, a vocoder laden track going ‘Oim, oim, oim’ 😂
