Wonderful early Goa, with the usual Spectral sound which is restrained and spacey with strong scifi elements (like enraptured space melodies). It is such a pity they didn't record more. ~*~

The first time I listened to these 2 tracks I wasn't so impressed, but today I came across this 12 again and decided to give it another listen. With fresh ears and maybe a different perspective I found a new appreciation for both of these tracks especially track 2. Track 2 [Trans 10 C] requires a bit of patience as the track starts out with some depth and mystery but then pops up to the surface briefly, which I think chased me away the first time. But if you give the track a bit more time, the track surprisingly goes deep again with surprising nuance and a hypnotic groove that peaks at 5;45 with a surprise tribal rhythm sample and a very nice shimmering synth groove that takes this track to a whole new level. Thankful I gave this track another look because this is a very special track. Very likely that many have never heard this track on a dance floor and thats a shame because this track has a lot to offer in a set of Classic Goa Trance that is carefully and mindfully curated. The first track, like the second, has a unique depth and nuance to it that is for a set designed for the inner journey rather than the status quo greatest hits of Goa Trance sets that one is most likely and most sadly likely to hear, if you are ever able to even find an event playing Classic Goa Trance. Bizarre Planet, with its drone vibe and overtones is really a great track if you are in a mindset where you can relax and really listen deeply.
Looking forward to adding this special release to my collection.
