who is Elton Fastbrook? thats gotta be some ghost name for someone prominent. I'm of the opinion that it's Richard D. James. the drum programming is a bit more like Squarepusher's snare rushes though. It's easily the best track on this comp.

Ok imma just say it right now: the Plaid remix of "Get Some Sleep Tiger" is one the best fucking songs I've ever heard! It's also my most favourite Plaid track!

Also on this cool compilation is a full-blown Aphex Twin exclusive track, a sweet DnB remix of Point Blank’s “Eternally”, some mould on the window sill, Elton Fastbrook givin’ it all he’s got, two self-remixes by µ-Ziq, and an Animals on Wheels track! All this and more await your mealtime! :D

But you better finish off your veggies first before any pud, if you know what I mean. ;) Highly recommended as always.

Yeah, OK. Silly times really. What can you say? Fun, deranged and slightly disturbing. A bit hit and miss but that was the genre as a whole, no?

Anyway, most of this is utter tosh however the standout stuff is Mike's astonishing remix of Point Blank (big up Tottenham jungle massive circa '95), Plaid's expertly crafted remix of Red Snapper and Rich AFX's 'Bummy'.
