This cannot be an reissue. It looks and feels just like the first ever pressing of Just A Poke album. Releasing of an more elaborate later pressing adding a foldout insert with pictures and credits seems kinda unlikely. Anyway this pressing is somewhat rarer than other NL Catfish pressings with the band photo on cover's back. Insert itself is very rare, so most probably it came along with only a small number of copies.

Sounds extremely good, quiet, dynamic and super clear, soundstage and seperation of instruments are perfect. Never annoying in the highs.

This is a truly gorgeous one pressing. Haven’t heard any other copies, but i am very surprised by the quality of the press. Great album too!

Have also a copy of this version. Relativily heavy and thick non-laminated matte sleeve. Blue Columbia Labels without LC Code and "ST33" in oval circles not round like the other 2 first german pressings that have a laminated sleeve. But I think this is also a first german press from 1970, a third variant and by far the rarest version.

theres now a counterfeit pressing of this and i just got one today. the mastering is superb. it sounds fantastic and has a ton of low-end depth with crisp, clean highs, and the sleeve looks great. but...

the pressing is HORRIBLE. side 1 has some very large scuffs that make noise on every revolution in the quieter beginning part, and side 2 has some large stock marks that do make light thuds in the background, and theres a HUGE patch on non-fill on the outer 2" of the record. horribly disappointed in the lack of actual pressing quality.

the printed machine stamped matrix makes it look like a GZ pressing, but i cant confirm this at the moment. but, judging from the poor pressing of this particular LP, and all the other garbage pressings ive gotten from that place over the last 20+ years, i wouldnt be at all surprised if was made there.

the sound quality is very impressive, natural and clear like crystal.

I have this pressing, sounds good, clear and loud, bass has a lot of presence as well as the drum.

Er... are there really that many french pressings? Surely not!
