- 33 RPM, Midas Touch -7 and Korona -4 sounds like heaven to me.
I bought this at a time when I didn't really have any spare money to be spending on vinyl, but I was willing to eat noodles for a week to have this. That noodle week has paid such dividends with time.. Midas Touch is one of my all-time favourite tunes when I need a lift. - Edited 2 years agoNotorious bootleg EP of mp3s pressed to vinyl and sloppily titled "Unreleased Tracks" when, in fact, three of the four tracks were officially released previously. The mps3s themselves have been sourced from authentic vinyl & cassette releases and have been floating around the internet for years. I have no doubt that whoever made this gave the tracks some minor volume boosting/EQing but if anyone claims this sounds notably better than the original mp3s, their ears are deceiving them.
- One of my most played record. Especially Trapped hell interface. Nearly impossible to mix in with beat matching because the vocals and the groove at the end fall apart and it allready sounds out of sync. Nice stress, Wonderfull
Yes, and midas touch is a not so common 80´s classic, here with a nice hook bassline what does not destoying the original song. - The copy I own had been sold in a dark silver/grey 12" sleeve. This is not mentioned in any of the descriptions. No pics of sleeves either. Can someone confirm which copy I own?
- Edited 5 years agoThe sound quality is solid, if you think it sucks you either have a shit system or you don't know what bootlegs normally sound like. I gotta say it's kind of incredible how many cry babies there are on discogs these days. Yes, I too want to know how a pressing sounds, but the entitlement is gross. This finally got a repress and it sounds fine, and definitely party ready. For $20 it's a good deal.
And don't even get me started about everyone crying about bootlegs on discogs who listen to hip hop or house . All the music you love is a bootleg. - Really the reason to get this boot is because 3 of 4 tracks are on OOP SKAM compilations that will cost you an arm and a leg each to have. The remaining 1 of 4 (Trapped Slow) has never been issued on vinyl - and is only on a super rare cassette that no one has. Soundwise, its nothing to brag about but its not as terrible as what other people are saying.
