- Edited one year agoI do not know how to rate this record properly. There are good things and there are bad things, though good ones prevail.
Good:
1. The sound is good
2. Pressing is good, though my copy has loud clicks on No Release, these things happen, maybe I'll go for a replacement copy, maybe black version
3. This edition comes with anti-static polyline sleeve. So no scratches
4. Beautiful silver disc
5. Well-centered
6. Fuck The Millennium being live single version - I was wrong when I said there is no fade out. Mastering guy did some mastering job and managed to add fade-out which is good. So this edition does not feel too cheap after all
Bad:
1. All songs are credited to Ferris, not Axel
2. It is not the original album
3. Fuck The Millennium is live recording from Encore, not album version
4. As usual - cheap packaging and blurry images, though not critical.
5. They messed up the dates - 2021 on disc vs 2023 on cover, not critical
6. Faster Harder Scooter is 24 Carat Gold Edit, not critical

Attention, on this Vinyl Reissue is the Fuck the Millenium Studio Version removed with a Live-Version (!) of the track. Why have they done this? The actual record version was different from the single Version. Don't understand this.
Edited 3 years agoI really like those instrumental tracks and their build-ups, there are many of them, so I appreciate minimum of vocals. Dark atmosphere of this album brings Scooter to another level - absolutely no mainstream this time (maybe the lead single), underground only. :-) Faster Harder Scooter, Psycho and Main Floor are my personal favourites. Nearly perfect album, but I'll Put You on the Guest List and No Release decreases my rating so much, I've never got into these tracks.
The logo is glows after being exposed to light.
I think it's a great version of the album.
The bonus tracks I really liked is: Fuck The Millennium (Single Version), Dutch Christmas, Waiting For The Spring + Let Me Be Your Valentine.
The box itself is very nicely designed. :-)
One of the best post rave, eurohouse era albums of Scooter. Still got the vibes and talent with trance gems and fast paced synth sounds with guittar riffs and the typical HP's lyrics. With two maxi singles from this album and the trancy version of Fuck the millenium. An excellent work- Edited 8 years agoBest Scooter chapter ever & my favourite album! It's serious and WICKED!!! My favourite tracks are "Watch Out", "Main Floor" & "No Release".

- Edited 19 years agoIn my oppinion, one of the best Scooter releases up to date. Minimum vocals, maximum original, multi-layered techno sound. Tracks gradually build up into beautiful, diverse melodies. I really enjoy it.
