referencing Chorus (LP, Album) ECM 1288
A quite unusual LP by Weber from what I know.
Here he leaves the typical ECM-Jazz, Jazz-Rock traces for more minimal compositions, especially on side A which will be a surprise for a lot of fans, I guess.
My favorite, Chorus Part III is a stunning piece of music which gives me goosebumps again again.
Wonderful and exciting eight minutes of pure beauty.
Speaking in ECM terms, this is more Barre Phillips, John Surman than Gabarek, Jarrett.
