One thing I only noticed recently after I bought a large chunk of BMSR/TOBACCO material on Bandcamp: The streamable version of the title track is different than the one on bandcamp. The Dandelion Gum used to be my favorite because of the crazy gong/cymbal crash finale, even though I like both the original lead synth and the different one in Dandelion Gum quite a bit. After I listened to the title track from the bandcamp version however, I was surprised to see the gong crash was included in this version too, despite the rest of the song being the same. Is it like that on the CD or Vinyl as well? It just seems odd it was omitted on any versions.

The CD has songs the vinyl version doesn't have.

DRIPPY EYE: this version is different from the Dandelion Gum's version, it sounds more raw like before they fully mastered it.
UNTITLED: this unique track is pure ambient, sounds as if kinda reversed
HAIRY MOUTH: exact same as Hairy eyes, just different name

BUT CD VERSION DOESNT HAVE SIDE 9

Heats your face untill the skins sluffs off. Very Devine yet heady material here. This EP definitely shows the group feeling out a new sound that ends up being warmly welcomed!

Well, after about a two month pressing delay, this baby is finally on my turntable. Absolutley divine recording here, not a dull moment on the whole thing. Like their previous material, but with a developed maturity in the composition department. The rock aspect of the earlier material is prominent throughout...which I for one am loving. For a description, just read my comments on the artist page or the "Start a People" album. It's like watching a episode of "3-2-1 Contact"(circa '80-'85) or "Pinwheel" on 5 hits of blotter....killer stuff.
