Reviews
- Excellent double LP compilation, plucking anywhere from two to four songs from each of Bobby Timmons' first six albums for Riverside, spanning the years 1960-63. This 1975 pressing sounds very good, with plenty of bass, clear stereo separation, and a warm, intimate soundstage throughout. My copy plays like a champ, nice and clean, with virtually no surface noise. Good stuff.
