Information on sleeve and record sticker is misleading, if not contradictory:
* Sleeve front reads "Version inédite" (unedited version), while the sleeve back mentions that "Equinoxe Part 4" is a new mix realised between May 1-5 1979 ("Gravure: Yves Delaunay");
* The sticker gives 1978 as release year, which is unlikely (see above).

- Edited 11 years agoAs Daster-fr says, "Inédite" means that it is a new version that had never been released before prior to that release. Which means, a new mix. It differs from the original in that it's slightly sped up and features a more bumpy, dancey beat.
Actually the word "Edit" doesn't mean quite the same thing in French and in English. "Inédit" or "Inédite" (feminine) means "Never released before". This noun derives from the French verb "Editer" meaning "To Publish" (book) / "To Produce" (record).
