- Papa Taj's music has always brought a smile to my face. Whether it's his old standards or new releases like this. Awesome album of Jazz tunes sung wonderfully by The Maestro
- Great album but there was quite a bit of noise on my pressing, especially the last song on side B. Would be amazing otherwise. May send it back and try another copy.
- Edited 11 months agoLove this album. Classic standards with Taj’s unique blues style. Note that the vinyl has 4 less tracks than the CD but a download card is included for these songs. I saw Taj the other night at Wolf Trap, VA and he was excellent. Taj still has it!
- Agree with Mr. Skunk!
Great release by Taj. Flat, quiet pressing.
Sublime music, well performed and recorded.
Highly recommended, so go get this! - Fantastic pressing! The vinyl is dead flat, clean, and sounds amazing. Taj and his band are in top form here. Highly recommended!
