I first listened to the Monoceros - "When I Was A Child I Wanted To Be An Astronaut" album a few weeks ago and have not put it down since, spaced out downtempo glitch beatz are the buzz word for this special offering from Joan. Throught this electronic album there is a very clever use of rhythm and samples none of which is recognizable or familiar. Its new, fresh and ultimatly unique sound leaves you inspired and happy. My favorite track for this album is the last track “The Astronaut” fitting really since it’s like the aural equivalent of a giant orgasam.

Love it!
