- Edited 17 years agoI have heard this described as the first ever release of Chinese punk to the rest of the world, and Brain Failure the very first ever Chinese punk band -- I am not sure about the validity of these rumors, but certainly China should be proud if this is their first release.
Both bands do a great job, and each track on here is definitely worth a listen -- I would say that, overall, Anarchy Jerks put out two better tracks, but these tracks are really amazing. The B-side to this 7" remains one of my favorite 7" of grooves I have ever heard.
I was totally unaware when I purchased this just how powerful and great of a release it is -- I am pretty sure that at this point it could be hard to find, but if you can, without a doubt buy it -- it is part of punk history.
