Heavy drones and wall of sound, Gilbert takes the guitar by side and fucks up a bunch of synthesizers. In general, he knows how to make some noise, but on "In Esse" he cannot fully convince. The opener, "Psycho", is about 45 minutes long, but regrettably it gives one the impression of being aimless and oversized. But after the very short and bassy second piece, the final "Extraction" really bangs your mind. Real beauty shows up, shivers run down your spine. This piece saves the album at whole.
