Welcome to my little record shop 😊 All of the records here are pre-loved. Sadly many of them have come from a smokey environment so if you're sensitive to such things please consider this before purchasing. I aim to dispatch orders on the next working day. Please feel free to message with enquiries or to make me an offer.

Top tier release. Great sounding vinyl. Nice surprise that it's 45rpm. Couldn't fault it upon first listen.

Insanely clean and beautiful production. A2 is a big highlight - what a tune!

Superb. Not a bad tune on here and the quality of the pressing is astounding. The whole of side-A is especially fantastic. Another big win for the later-days HC!

Looking past this 12's multitude of failures - It is a massive wasted opportunity to put the infinitely-superior Mefjus & Camo & Krooked remix of Breathe on the B-side. In this day and age of long waits for vinyl pressings why did they just put one... See full review

Upon further inspection, Disc 4 Side A4 'Recusants' has a horrible crackle throughout. That's the only major defect I've discovered on this copy.
Madonna - The Immaculate Collection

The sound quality of this is absolutely awesome. Easily the best way to experience these tunes.

Rolled the dice on this one and picked it up 3rd party sealed no.4153. No duplicates thankfully. Mostly very impressed. A couple of the sides were more noticeably more poppy than others, but nothing out of the norm for this kind of product in all honesty
Makoto - Spread Love (feat. Pete Simpson) / Contact
posted a review of Makoto - Spread Love (feat. Pete Simpson) / Contact. over 3 years ago
A massive anthem from 20 years ago rebuilt from the ground up by Makoto with some serious love & care. Not only that, but it's 7 minutes long - which is a refreshing in a world full of 3 minute tracks. Stick around til the end for the guitar solo 🤘

Pendulum (3) - Watercolour
posted a review of Pendulum (3) - Watercolour. over 3 years ago
An interesting collectors item if you're into Pendulum, but if you're buying this for the track, don't bother. Both sides feature what appears to be the 'DJ Edit', which is missing half the vocals. As a consequence, the track just sounds incomplete. I... See full review

Redeyes - Selfportraits
posted a review of Redeyes - Selfportraits. over 4 years ago
One of the finest drum and bass releases of 2020. 10 tracks, each supplemented with short hip hop interludes. Redeyes really establishes himself here as one of liquid dnb's most prolific practitioners. Every track has its own unique mood going on, but... See full review
Various - Nightlife EP-PT.1

Ram stuff is generally Very loud, however side A on this takes the biscuit. It's loud as hell - possibly the loudest dnb record I own. Sadly I think it might be too loud - sounds distorted AF. Shame because the tune is a classic.
Breakage - At The Controls
posted a review of Breakage - At The Controls. over 4 years ago
An absolute killer EP from beginning to end. Everything Breakage has put out on Index thus far is gold, however this is the jewel in the crown. 'Tape bubbler spesh' 🔥🔥🔥 my god what a banger

Unglued - Total XTC

This is a genuinely cool looking splatter record, black into an outer transparent yellow. In this age of dope looking vinyl, this is an especially pretty one. As for the tunes, track 1 is a dreamy 160bpm throwback stepper. The rest is 170 with 2 & 4... See full review
Calibre - Typical Things / Simple Sa

Side A is a pure roller. The vinyl mix is extended in comparison to the version on spotify - it has a much longer intro and a rolls out a bit further. Awesome.
Zero T* - Former Self EP
posted a review of Zero T* - Former Self EP. over 4 years ago
This release is very ying and yang in a great way. The Side A tunes are both smooth and sexy liquid anthems. The side B tunes are pure dancefloor bangers. Top stuff as always from The North Quarter.

This is such a beautiful record. The opening tune is a true drum & bass epic. Great vocals throughout. Peak 2020 liquid at it's finest.
Babymetal - Metal Galaxy

Sounds great. Loud, rich, clear and heavy. I thought their previous LP on vinyl sounded a little flat and compressed, but this is a vast improvement. Da Da Dance is an underated anthem, and Kagerou is one of the finest slices of nu metal you'll find... See full review

Spor returns! Great collection of tracks. If you haven't seen his UKF Anachronic live stream on YouTube prior to this release, go and check it out. It was one of the most impressive and unique online performances during lockdown and is well worth a watch.
Various - Edition 2 LP

This is an awesome compilation of music. All killer, no filler. 1985 have one of the strongest artist lineups in drum and bass currently and it's really shown off here. Modern, dark dnb at it's finest, and a great showcase of many new artists and their sound. See full review

Never Let You Go (Blu Mar Ten Remix) is an underated liquid anthem imho and a tune which has lingered in all my favourite spotify playlists for nearly a decade - great to see it get the repress treatment on sexy yellow vinyl. Looks and sounds beautiful.

Kings Of The Rollers - Kings Of The Rollers

A very varied drum & bass album with many different vibes. Elements of it is are very much centered in their modern foghorn jump up sound, whilst other moments are more reminicent of more classical minimal styles. In places it reminds me of old Matrix... See full review
