if it's a "dead catalogue" why wouldn't capitol just sell it to the highest bidder or give it to the band? they obviously aren't profiting or promoting or even putting it online, so why not just make a quick buck? it makes no sense.

they dont even bother to make any analog reissues or even work with anyone to do so. so im stuck here wishing for some miraculous cassette copy to pop up for some of these. some were only cd back in the day, but i hate cd....
